By accessing and using the A and C Shipping web application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the web application.

2. Services Offered

A and C Shipping provides users with access to a web application for package tracking, invoice submission, and related services. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services.

3. Account Registration

Users are required to register for an account to access certain features of the web application. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities conducted through their accounts.

4. Package Handling and Shipping

4.1 Receiving Packages: A and C Shipping will receive packages on behalf of users at its warehouse in the USA.

4.2 Consolidation: A and C Shipping may, at its discretion, consolidate packages for multiple users for more efficient shipping.

4.3 Shipping Methods: Packages will be shipped by default via air freight to Jamaica. Shipments may also travel via sea freight. Users may choose their preferred shipping method.

4.4 Delivery Options: Users can collect packages at A and C Shipping office. Delivery to a designated address is also available when delivery services are offered.

5. Tracking and Pre-Alerting

5.1 Tracking: Users can track the status and location of their packages as they move through the shipping process.

5.2 Pre-Alerting: Users can submit invoices and other required documentation through the web application in advance, facilitating a smoother customs clearance process.

6. Fees and Invoicing

6.1 Invoice Values: Users can view their invoice values and fees charged through the web application.

6.2 Payment: Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees promptly. Failure to pay may result in delayed processing or other actions at A and C Shipping's discretion.

7. Liability and Indemnification

A and C Shipping is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay in the delivery of packages, except as otherwise explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Users agree to indemnify A and C Shipping against any claims arising from their use of the web application.

8. Modifications to Terms and Services

A and C Shipping reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the web application after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination of Services

A and C Shipping may terminate or suspend user accounts or access to the web application at its discretion, with or without cause.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing organization.
