We reserve the right to cancel a transaction where a customer fails to adhere to the rules and policies of the company.

Customers should inspect packages to ensure all contents are accounted for and in good order before leaving the place of business or the presence of the delivery personnel.

All balance/s must be cleared in order to collect a package/s.

You must clear all packages at a time. You will not be able to clear packages individually.

Valid form of ID must be presented to collect all packages and signature required.

Persons picking up packages on behalf of others must be listed on the pick-up dashboard and present a valid ID.

Packages not pre-alerted will not be reimbursed in the event of loss. A Pre-Alert must be done prior to arrival at the warehouse.

Once a package is detained and it is the customer fault (no invoice, edited invoice) a re-clearance fee of $1500 JMD is applied.

We are not responsible for the packaging of your items.

All items deemed fragile are sent at owner's risk.

Customs reserves the right to search all packages. If they are unable to search, the package will be detained.

A storage fee of $100 per day will be applied to each package left after 14 days.

Items left after 30 days will be auctioned.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to other addresses outside of ours.

Packages with incomplete address will attract a bad address fee of $300 JMD.

An insurance fee of $100 per package will be applied to all packages.

All Bank transfers must be verified before the package can be collected.
